Job requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software QA automation.
- Automation Expertise: Proven track record of building and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium).
- Leadership Mindset: Management or team-lead experience is a major bonus. We want someone ready to guide others and scale processes.
- Core Traits: High reliability and a strong sense of ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to fix; you spot the gap and own the solution.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills. You can explain complex technical bugs to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with empathy and clarity.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong coding skills in at least one major language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java) and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Own the Pipeline: Architect, write, and maintain scalable automated QA workflows and test frameworks from scratch.
- Drive Quality: Integrate automated testing seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, reliable delivery.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and clear bottlenecks.
- Mentor & Lead: Provide technical guidance to junior team members and potentially step into a management/lead capacity as the team grows.
- Accountability: Take full ownership of test coverage, bug tracking, and post-release verification, ensuring a high bar for production quality.

Skills Required
