JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY:
- Competitive wages: $18/hr to $21/hr based on experience.
- Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
SCHEDULE:
- 6 a.m - 2:30 p.m.
- Monday to Friday
- Some mandatory overtime required
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
- $1,000 sign on bonus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Brazing experience REQUIRED - Experience brazing HVAC units a plus, to include pressure testing, purging and vacuum of refrigerant lines.
- Must be able to use torch.
- Some unit assembly required.
- Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is needed.
- Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions
- Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins.
- Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
- Physical stamina and strength
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
