Your Responsibilities:
- Perform Line Assembler duties as assigned and as needed to effectuate the completion of brazing and brazing duties at assigned work areas
- Demonstrate the ability to adhere to and remain in compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Successfully complete classroom and DOJO training (copper to copper brazing, copper to brass brazing, copper to steel brazing and know the five stages of flux)
- Read, understand, and work from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, applicable OMS documents, and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction
- Work with materials to complete assigned tasks to meet production requirements
- Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, handle, manipulate, and move components, assemblies, and final product
- Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure the quality products and conformity to all prints, work instructions, and quality standards
- Maintain required records including but not limited to quality checklists, input into specified electronic systems and reporting of all line issues into the appropriate data collection systems
- Successful completion of required skills training (e.g. crane and tugger operation, fall protection, etc.)
- Preventative Maintenance daily on all braze equipment
Your Qualifications:
- The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE
- The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time
- The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
