Branding Manager

• Develop & execute marketing communications strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience in B2B space.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business groups, to ensure alignment of marketing communication efforts.
• Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, digital content, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and online advertising, to drive brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in B2B marketing, particularly in technical industries, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, with a focus on technical industries or products preferred
• Deep understanding of branding and marketing communication principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in digital and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to drive business growth through marketing excellence.
• Fluent in English, desirable are skills in German.
