As the Branding Designer for APeA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the visual identity and creative execution of brand initiatives across APeA, including Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, and ASEAN markets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including the Sales Team and Regional Product Management Team—as well as multiple creative agencies in China to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communications.
You will be responsible for the design, development and execution of a wide range of digital and retail creative, as well as managing creative traffic, developing briefing decks, and ensuring timely delivery of digital and channel-related content. Your work will span across campaigns, packaging, social media, retail merchandising, events, and multimedia assets, all aligned with APeA’s brand strategy and Belkin’s global standards.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design Execution & Brand Development
- Develop and implement conceptual ideas with a strong sense of design, layout, and typography.
- Maintain and evolve APeA’s visual identity in line with Belkin’s Global Design Language.
- Art direct product and lifestyle photo shoots in collaboration with in-house and external teams.
- Design and development of new branding.
- Supports all initiatives requiring graphic design.
- Digital & Channel Content Creation
- Oversee the creation and timely delivery of digital assets for social media, e-commerce, and retail channels.
- Ensure consistency across all media platforms to reinforce APeA’s brand message.
- Collaborate with copywriters, web designers, and marketing teams to produce integrated campaigns.
- Offline & Packaging Design
- Execute packaging design and review, ensuring full compliance with established brand guidelines.
- Create and adapt a wide range of offline marketing materials to support retail and channel campaigns.
- Briefing Deck Creation & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Create compelling and strategic briefing decks for internal presentations and agency kick-offs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Regional Product Management teams across APeA to align creative direction with business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
- Creative Project Management & External vendor management
- Lead traffic management across internal teams and external creative agencies in China.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets.
- Manage relationships and projects with external vendors.
- Source and identify new production processes and materials to push creative while increasing cost-effective solutions.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure 100% accuracy and quality control of all produced materials.
Ensure the consistency of the deliverables and its alignment with Belkin brand image.
