Core Responsibilities- Develop and implement a LEGO Branded Channel eCommerce strategy focusing on enhancing online sales and integration of digital initiatives with physical experiences in-store.
- Build and maintain strong key retail partner relationships within Branded Channel and with internal partners.
- Collaborate with key account management to develop accurate sales forecasts for online consumer sales aligning to overall sales plan.
- Analyze and interpret online consumer sales data as well as eCommerce metrics to drive recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Elevate the brand presence online through effective digital marketing initiatives targeting both kids and adults, using monthly drive period campaigns and key local occasions.
- Define and document processes in collaboration with retail partners, establish clear roles, expectations, and communication methods to drive effective performance.
- Stay up to date with digital market trends, consumer online behaviors, and competitor activities to optimize activities and initiatives.
Sitting in our Dubai office and being part of a company that has just been ranked No1 most reputable brand in the world for 4 years running this role will join a wider commercial Business Unit team consisting of different functions (Sales, Marketing & Operations). The role will be key to how we strategize and grow sales in emerging markets that enhances the LEGO® brand building long lasting relationships with customers and shoppers across the region that engage audiences and inspire children.
Do you have what it takes?- In-depth and proven commercial execution experience with an analytical skill set working in an eCommerce or Digital role for an international FMCG, Entertainment or Toy company.
- A results oriented, organized operator with effective communication and people skills that build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels both internally and externally across geographies and cultures.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics translating results into a concise storyline with a clear path to return of investment (ROI).
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is important for this role (business proficiency in Arabic is also welcome).
- Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (per week).
