This position is responsible for the development of Brand strategies and direction of corporate initiatives that build brand equity for each brand (Chrysler, Doge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat, Alfa Romeo) in the Canadian sales and marketing environment. Responsible for the strategic planning, execution and communication of all product, advertising and event marketing plans, both internally and externally, with respect to brand strategies in Canada.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand strategies including product launches for Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram brands in Canada
- Develop event marketing including local marketing programs and grass root programs to achieve business and increase awareness/consideration
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends and develop action plans to address opportunities
- Drive growth of brands to improve in areas of awareness, consideration, retail volume

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Solid understanding of automotive industry
- Minimum 8 years of implementing and leading proven break through marketing strategies and event activation
- Minimum 8 years leading media, creative, digital and event agencies
- Minimum 8 years of people management
- Experience managing large budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
- French proficiency considered an asset
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
