We are growing, and we're looking for a Brand Strategist to join our multidisciplinary department in Aarhus working at the intersection of branding, design, and strategy. 

We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who enjoys working with all aspects of brand strategy including – but definitely not limited to – brand research, process facilitation, the creation of value propositions and brand story development for companies, products and services.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the clients objectives
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and consumer behaviours that inform brand positioning
  • Defining brand elements, including brand architecture, messaging, value proposition, voice, and tone, to ensure consistency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into business initiatives
  • Creating brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity and coherence in visual and verbal communications
  • Provide inspiration about new ways of working within brand strategy.

Who you are and what you'll bring

  • +3 years of experience in brand strategy from an agency 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, consumer insights, and market research findings
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of brand identity and positioning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Curious and can easily adapt to working with different teams on a project by project basis
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy at an agency
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, consumer insights, and market research
  • Experience with brand research, facilitation, value proposition and brand story development
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, positioning, voice and tone
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Curiosity and adaptability to work with different teams across projects
