As Superbet continues its global expansion, we’re looking for a Brand & Sponsorship Manager to join our Central Brand team. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class brand marketing and sponsorship initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple markets.
You’ll work across global campaigns, brand strategy, and sponsorship development—bringing creativity, structure, and energy to a fast-paced, sport-loving environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and support the delivery of global brand marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Act as a brand guardian, supporting local markets with campaign development, brief writing, and creative alignment.
- Contribute to strategic brand initiatives including product branding, naming, tone of voice, and design consultancy.
- Support new market launches with tailored brand and sponsorship strategies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of global sponsorship opportunities, using internal frameworks to assess and recommend proposals.
- Potentially manage a global sponsorship or partnership, should we activate one.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a fast-paced, brand-focused organisation.
- Proven track record in delivering brand marketing campaigns.
- Some exposure to sponsorship strategy or activation (can be developed on the job).
- Strong presentation and Excel skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to operate across global and local contexts.
- Relevant sector experience (such as Gaming background, digital, retail or e-Commerce) would serve an advantage.
- A passion for sport and a genuine interest in the betting, gaming, or entertainment space.
- Proactive, positive energy and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across multiple geographies.
- A desire to make a real impact and help shape the future of a growing global brand.
