✦ About the role
As a Brand Specialist at Holafly, you will design, develop, and execute strategic projects that strengthen Holafly’s positioning as a leading brand in the travel-tech sector. This person will identify opportunities for innovation and expansion, creating high-impact initiatives such as strategic collaborations, new visibility formats, and brand experiences. This is a key role to drive Holafly’s growth and relevance, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strategy & Project Development
- Identify and develop new positioning opportunities (podcasts, innovative sponsorships, strategic collaborations).
- Design and implement initiatives that strengthen Holafly’s positioning within the travel and tech ecosystem.
- Propose projects that reinforce Holafly’s narrative as an innovative and industry-leading brand.
Innovation & Trend Analysis
- Monitor the market to identify new trends and opportunities to strengthen brand growth.
- Propose creative formats and new brand experiences that differentiate Holafly in the market.
Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to align initiatives with global objectives.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Holafly and collaborators involved in the projects.
- Prepare presentations and business cases to support proposals for senior management.
Measurement & Impact
- Define key success indicators (KPIs) for each project and report results.
- Analyze the impact of initiatives and optimize future actions based on learnings.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand development, strategic marketing, or managing collaborations.
- Proven experience leading projects independently and coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Strategic, creative, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience developing podcasts will be highly valued.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of the travel or tech sector (preferred).
