As a Brand Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and onboarding new brand partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success and growth on our platform. Your primary focus will be to guide brand partners through a seamless onboarding journey, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to excel in Flip’s ecosystem. This role combines sales acumen, onboarding expertise, and relationship-building skills to drive Flip’s growth and elevate brand partner experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Lead the onboarding process for new brand partners, ensuring they are set up efficiently and effectively to launch their products on Flip’s platform.
  • Present Flip’s unique value proposition to prospective brands and secure partnerships, focusing on high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to complete all onboarding requirements, including account setup, product uploads, and platform training.

Brand Enablement and Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing hands-on support.
  • Educate brand partners on Flip’s sales strategies, platform features, and performance metrics to set clear expectations and drive initial success.

Relationship Building and Advocacy

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with new brand partners to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to active selling.
  • Advocate for brand partners internally, ensuring their needs are communicated across teams and their experience is positive from day one.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Monitor the early sales performance of onboarded brands, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to help partners optimize their listings, marketing strategies, and overall presence on Flip.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to streamline the onboarding experience and continuously improve processes.
  • Share feedback from new brand partners to inform updates and innovations on Flip’s platform and services.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, brand management, account management, or onboarding-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and building lasting partnerships.
  • Proven ability to guide new customers or partners through onboarding processes, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track onboarding progress and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve onboarding outcomes.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce (beauty, home, kitchen, wellness, or supplements) is preferred.
  • Project management experience or familiarity with managing onboarding pipelines is a plus.
