Address Brand Protection Compliance inquires and escalate to management when appropriate
Provide technical brand protection guidance via team run book procedures
Provide first level customer support to address brand issues and provide remediation guidance to ensure potential liabilities have been mitigated
Leverage vendor tools to identify brand compliance workloads and confirm violations through the collection of appropriate evidence
Maintain a basic understanding of card brands, sponsor banks, company product and market evolution, current credit policies, and other industry changes, including but not limited to FDA, FCC, and other government regulations, public impacting factors, vendor provided education, and etc.
Provide external merchant and internal stakeholder consultations in accordance with card brand compliance regulations
Maintain merchants’ High Risk Registration Accreditation status for all impacted merchants
Support the Operational Compliance Team via providing all necessary reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Willingness to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
- Working knowledge of card brands and payment networks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide risk-based assessments
- Familiarity with GPN, HPS, or TSYS systems is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in the card payments or payment processing industry
- Must have working knowledge of PCI DSS or experience applying PCI DSS standards in a professional setting
- PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA) certification
- Experience in payments compliance with a customer-focused approach preferred
- Ability to communicate in German or Polish (preferred but not required)
