Job Brief:
The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and
maintaining collaborations with other brands or organizations. The preferred candidate's goal will be to
expand market reach, improve brand visibility, and create mutual value.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Research and identify potential brand partners aligned with
company goal
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and sponsorship
deals.
Develop co-branded campaigns and joint events. - Manage ongoing relationships to ensure long-term value.
- Track and report on partnership performance (ROI,
visibility, revenue impact).
- Represent the company at networking events and industry
conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and legal teams on
partnership execution.
Requirements
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years is the standard baseline for a Brand Partnership Manager role, with emphasis on experience in digital platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
- Strong networking and
relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and
contract management experience.
- Creative thinking and strategic
planning abilities.
- Experience in PR, sponsorships,
or corporate alliances is an advantage.
Skills Required
