  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners and influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Manage partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Manage negotiation of partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing stakeholders and professionals to execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and activations with partners and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective partnership initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the partnership and influencer landscape.

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in managing marketing partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions on comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing practices, marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer brand partnerships.
  • Experience in wellness, fitness and healthcare environments.
  • Public Relations Agency experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on partnership effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate partnership value to stakeholders.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

146,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD Annual
