THE ROLE
 
This role will be the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners, focused on cultivating strong relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder and strategist, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing within the CPG space.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the main liaison for brand partners, maintaining and expanding relationships to maximize value for both partners and Thrive Market.
  • Develop and execute custom marketing plans leveraging our full suite of marketing offerings across email, blog, social, and more.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, educating partners on our suite of offerings and driving adoption of programs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver flawless execution.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, prior CPG or retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital and content marketing tactics and measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with external partners and internal leadership.
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset.

JOB INFORMATION
  • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000/Per Year.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location. 
  • Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
