GE Aerospace is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Operations Leader to support the operationalization of our workflows, prioritize work across creative and governance, and guide creative integration across internal teams. This role will serve as the central point for incoming requests to the brand governance and creative team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of brand-related activities.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the one point of incoming requests to the brand governance and creative team, ensuring efficient handling and delegation of tasks.
  • Strategic Workflow Management: Utilize strategic judgment to support workflow and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for how incoming work is delegated across teams.
  • Social Media Integration: Act as a strategic link with the owned social media team, ensuring creative consistency across channels and evaluating the impact and potential of paid social media initiatives.
  • Brand Merchandising: Evaluate and streamline brand merchandising processes, including vendors and approvals, to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Brand Central Websites: Assess, refine, and maintain Brand Central websites for GE Aerospace and the GE heritage brand, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Project Support: Support naming projects, design coordination, and timelines to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Maintain existing brand guidelines and develop new or updated guidelines as needed
  • Daily Management Tools: Use Daily Management tools to ensure the team is on track and understands deliverables, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR a High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related role.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong strategic thinking and judgment skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Daily Management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and paid social media strategies.
  • Experience with brand merchandising and licensing is a plus.
