Brand Media Manager

This role, reporting to the Director of Brand Media, will be critical in executing our cross-channel media campaigns across linear TV, CTV, OLV, audio and social. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to bring our campaign strategy to life. 

Why this job’s a big deal:

We’re looking for an Associate Brand Media Media Manager to lead campaign management, creative delivery, in-flight reporting and optimizations across Priceline’s brand media campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, data driven, operationally strong, and passionate about travel. 

In this role you will get to:  

  • Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of brand marketing campaign activities across the media ecosystem (TV, CTV, OLV, Social, Audio and other emerging platforms) 

  • Partner closely with external media agency team on media workflows and prioritization, from planning through execution and optimization

  • Manage agency briefing cycles, campaign plan development and channel-level budget allocation to maximize effectiveness and impact

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of campaign deliverables such as decks, flowcharts and other materials 

  • Prepare strategic presentations and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders

  • Summarize performance insights, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement in media reports

  • Lead activation workflows with agency, creative, and investment teams, including asset delivery, tagging, trafficking and monitoring 

  • Track brand media budget , including campaign authorizations and invoices

  • Stay informed on new partners, product offerings and innovation opportunities that may impact campaign strategy

Who you are:

  • 4-6 years of experience in either brand or performance media planning / buying, preferably at an agency

  • An understanding of digital platforms as well as traditional media 

  • Experience with campaign management including, trafficking and billing

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external teams

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Passion for travel coupled with strong belief in the power of brands and the role they play in changing the trajectory of a business and organization 

  • Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant. 

The salary range for this position is $90,000- $110,000K USD.

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
