Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive 90-120 day pre-opening marketing plans for new studio launches, orchestrating integrated campaigns including experiential, partnership activation, PR, and influencer marketing to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and achieve pre-sale membership targets
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, studio operations, field leadership, sales, design, and marketing to ensure flawless execution
- Analyze local market trends and consumer insights to inform opening strategies and identify growth opportunities specific to each new location
- Partner with field and studio teams to design and implement community-building initiatives such as pop-up events and regional partnerships
- Continuously improve opening playbooks with brand marketing best practices and strategic guidance
- Implement partnership guidelines and provide direction on local partnerships to ensure brand safety and activation excellence
- Partner with the marketing team to track and analyze key performance metrics including membership sales, lead generation, and ROI across all marketing channels, with specific benchmarks for pre-opening success
- Support national partnership strategy, collaborating closely with new and existing partners in the development and activation of partnership plans
- Lead daily execution of our partnership program, including the Core Collective program, and identify new partnership opportunities that amplify brand awareness and relevancy
- Manage communications with existing partners, from activation ideation and planning to billing and contracting
- Facilitate and lead communication to the field on partnership activation details, creating an ongoing feedback loop to build best practices
- Support the evaluation, guidance, and activation of local partnerships executed at the studio level
- Actively contribute to the creation of partnership proposals with a creative approach to co-branded activation opportunities
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in experiential, sponsorship, partnership marketing, retail, hospitality, or boutique fitness industries
- Proven track record of successful new location launches or market expansion initiatives
- Experience working with field teams and building comprehensive local marketing strategies that tell a compelling story and gain buy-in across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign execution
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and multiple management levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities through to completion with precise attention to detail, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to travel 10-20% to support openings in various markets
