- Lead and own Lodgify's global brand marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand vision
- Develop and execute creative, insight-driven brand campaigns that build long-term equity and emotional connection with our audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and initiatives by maintaining and evolving brand identity and visual guidelines
- Collaborate closely across departments and external partners to bring brand stories to life in a compelling and cohesive way
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the brand narrative and values
- Define key brand KPIs and continuously measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness and impact
- Act as a brand steward within the company, evangelizing brand thinking across departments and influencing internal culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering creativity, ownership, and strategic thinking
- Identify trends, market shifts, and audience insights to continuously refine and innovate the brand strategy
- Own relationships with key brand partners, agencies, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Lodgify brand standards.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or digital industries
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity, and storytelling across multiple marketing channels (digital, paid, owned, earned)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making
- A strategic thinker with creative flair—able to connect customer insights to impactful brand strategies and executions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and driving meaningful brand impact on a global scale.

Lodgify is a constantly growing tech start-up, focused on building vacation rental software that enables vacation rental owners to independently manage and market their business online. We do so by providing them with easy-to-build websites, including a booking and reservation system, various synchronisation options, and payment collection options.
