 Role Overview

At Lodgify, we are looking for a strategic and creative Director of Brand Marketing to lead our global brand efforts and ensure Lodgify stands out in a competitive, fast-paced market. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and managing a team of up to 6 talented marketers, you will shape the way our brand is seen and felt—driving brand awareness, equity, and long-term loyalty. You’ll be the visionary behind compelling campaigns and consistent storytelling that resonate with our audiences and elevate Lodgify’s presence across all channels.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

  • Lead and own Lodgify's global brand marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand vision
  • Develop and execute creative, insight-driven brand campaigns that build long-term equity and emotional connection with our audiences
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and initiatives by maintaining and evolving brand identity and visual guidelines
  • Collaborate closely across departments and external partners to bring brand stories to life in a compelling and cohesive way
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the creative team to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the brand narrative and values
  • Define key brand KPIs and continuously measure, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness and impact
  • Act as a brand steward within the company, evangelizing brand thinking across departments and influencing internal culture
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering creativity, ownership, and strategic thinking
  • Identify trends, market shifts, and audience insights to continuously refine and innovate the brand strategy
  • Own relationships with key brand partners, agencies, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Lodgify brand standards.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or digital industries
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity, and storytelling across multiple marketing channels (digital, paid, owned, earned)
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making
  • A strategic thinker with creative flair—able to connect customer insights to impactful brand strategies and executions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and driving meaningful brand impact on a global scale.
