Brand Marketing Manager, Partner Brands

Highline Warren is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Brand Marketing Manager, Partner Brands to lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio of partner brands, including Rain-X and Mobil 1.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role serves as the primary marketing lead for partner brands, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand retail distribution, strengthen retailer partnerships, and maximize return on marketing investments. The position leads content development and digital commerce initiatives that enhance online brand visibility, enrich retailer and marketplace product pages, improve product discoverability, and drive consumer conversion across key channels.

The role oversees brand planning, customer marketing, promotional funding programs, retail media investments, product launches, digital shelf optimization, and co-branding opportunities while ensuring alignment with licensing partner requirements and broader business objectives. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Category Management, and external licensing partners, this position helps accelerate growth, expand market presence, and strengthen the value of Highline Warren's licensed brand portfolio.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans for licensed brands including Rain-X and Mobil 1.
  • Manage relationships with brand licensors and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, growth objectives, and partnership requirements.
  • Develop and execute promotional funding strategies across key retail customers including AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Walmart, Amazon, and other strategic accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share, increase household penetration, and expand distribution across existing and new channels.
  • Lead retail activation initiatives including displays, endcaps, signage, merchandising programs, and customer-specific marketing investments.
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies, including retail media networks, Amazon advertising, paid social, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee content development including creative asset creation, product content, path-to-purchase materials, and digital shelf optimization.
  • Partner with Category Management and Sales teams to support new product development, launch planning, retailer presentations, and commercialization efforts.
  • Identify and execute strategic co-branding and partnership opportunities that drive incremental awareness and revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects while ensuring execution against timelines, budgets, and growth objectives.
  • Develop executive presentations, annual business plans, investment recommendations, and strategic growth initiatives for leadership.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, category marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of retail, eCommerce, digital marketing, customer marketing, and go-to-market strategies. Retail media network experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, and growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, content management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience within consumer goods, automotive aftermarket, retail, or related industries preferred.
