The Role
  • This is a defining moment for the Orasio brand. We are scaling fast across Europe and the way we are seen by clients, partners, institutions, and the market will shape the company we become.

  • We have already laid real foundations. Our brand identity, our positioning, and much of our content exist and work. What we are missing is a single owner: someone to take this from the inside, give it coherence and direction, and turn a set of strong building blocks into a marketing engine that scales with the company.

  • This is a founding role, reporting directly to the COO. You will own Orasio's entire marketing roadmap end to end: brand and content, web and social, demand generation and sales enablement, events, partner marketing and product marketing. You will set the strategy, then make it happen, working with our internal teams and steering our external partners to deliver a coherent brand experience across every touchpoint. You will also contribute directly to the CEO's public visibility and executive communication.

  • We are looking for a marketing leader: someone with the judgment to set direction and the drive to execute, equally comfortable owning the strategy and rolling up their sleeves to produce the work. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Orasio's marketing strategy and roadmap, from positioning to execution, aligned with our commercial priorities and growth stage.

  • Take ownership of the existing brand and content foundations, ensure consistency across every channel and team, and raise the bar as we scale.

  • Drive demand generation and sales enablement: marketing automation, account-based marketing on priority verticals, and the materials the sales team needs to win.

  • Lead product marketing and the launch of each new release, across web, social, email, and partner channels.

  • Own Orasio's event and partner marketing strategy across France and Europe.

  • Support the founder’s communications.

  • Steer our network of agencies and external specialists, and decide what to own in-house versus outsource.

  • Track performance across all channels and continuously improve based on data and business priorities.

Ideal Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing and brand, ideally in a scale-up, technology, or sensitive sector across various geographies.

  • A genuine leader: able to set strategy, own outcomes, and operate autonomously across a broad scope, while remaining hands-on in execution.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English. Strong, genuine command of English is mandatory.

  • Proven ability to integrate AI into day-to-day marketing workflows.

  • Comfortable collaborating with commercial and executive teams on high-stakes topics, and steering external partners.

  • Strong editorial sense, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of tone and audience.
