Responsibilities of the role
- Brand & Campaign Support: Support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager in delivering brand and marketing activity across Global's portfolio of audio brands, including Heart, Smooth, LBC, Classic FM and Radio X. Take day-to-day ownership of marketing activity for Capital Xtra, coordinating campaigns and projects while contributing to wider brand and business initiatives as required.
- Brand Management: Support the planning and delivery of brand activity across partnerships, branded content and events.
- Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across a range of media and creative channels. Coordinate assets, timelines and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Brand Guardianship: Help maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints by ensuring activity aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Media & Agency Management: Work closely with media agencies and internal teams to support campaign delivery, manage assets and track activity.
- Talent Collaboration: Support marketing activity involving presenters, artists and their teams, helping coordinate campaigns and ensuring activity is delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Insight & Reporting: Assist with campaign reporting, audience insight analysis and post-campaign reviews, helping identify opportunities and learnings for future activity.
- Project Coordination: Organise and support internal and external meetings, events and campaign activity, including logistics, scheduling and stakeholder coordination where required.
