Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary support for executing global marketing activity in UK, Europe and ANZ, adapting assets and brand strategy for cultural nuance and language while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with agencies, translators, and internal stakeholders to adapt global ad creative for local audiences through translations and transcreations, across channels such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Close collaboration with the brand team on the localisation of social and influencer campaigns, as well as NPD and tentpole moments throughout the year.
- Support in identifying and managing local influencer/creator partnerships in Europe & ANZ (working with global team on strategy).
- Execute e-commerce and retailer website requirements for UK, Europe and ANZ markets, working closely with global team.
- Own timelines and update the global launch calendar for new retailer or new product launches across Europe and ANZ.
- Provide feedback to the wider team on market insights from consumer trends and competitor activity in your markets.
- Organise and send monthly marketing updates to our key retailers in European and ANZ.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with tracking local campaign budgets, invoices, and spend reconciliation.
- Liaise with sales/commercial teams in Europe & ANZ to ensure marketing campaigns align with retail calendars and trade activity.
Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience in a marketing role or equivalent from brand or marketing agency
- Familiarity with UK, Europe and ANZ markets - a bonus!
- You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture.
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused.
- A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach.

- Familiarity with the latest social media trends and platforms is required
