As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the Own Brands team in developing leading brands within the motorcycle accessory market. This dynamic role delivers high-quality marketing support across packaging design, content creation, and product launch campaigns, while also contributing to training development, internal communications, inbound goods coordination, and warranty support.

This is an opportunity to grow your career in Brand Management while gaining hands-on experience across product development, brand strategy, and retail execution within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Design packaging across multiple product ranges, including dielines, mock-ups, and final artwork

  • Develop product content for new and existing ranges

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns

  • Assist in the management of the Own Brands portfolio

  • Develop engaging product training materials

  • Support warranty management and inbound ETA coordination

  • Maintain compliance with WHS policies and company procedures

Role requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Strong understanding of print production processes, dielines, colour profiles (CMYK vs RGB), and material properties

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

  • Ability to accept and incorporate stakeholder feedback

  • Demonstrated experience in consumer product packaging (desirable)

  • Passion for motorcycling (highly regarded)
