- Conduct market research and parent feedback surveys to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Track brand health metrics (awareness, preference, satisfaction) and recommend improvements.
2. Content Direction & Production
- Steer creative direction for Sparks’ content across channels: social media, website, newsletters, and brochures.
- Work with educators, photographers, designers, and videographers to produce authentic, engaging stories from our classrooms.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely, relevant, and impactful storytelling.
- Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with Sparks’ tone, warmth, and visual identity.
3. Offline Event Coordination
- Plan and execute open houses, school events, and community activations that reflect Sparks’ values.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless experiences.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns.
- Measure event success through KPIs such as attendance, parent engagement, and post-event inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in brand marketing, event coordination, or content production—experience in education, lifestyle, or family-focused brands a plus.

- Creative eye with an appreciation for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report impact.
- Collaborative spirit—able to work seamlessly across creative, academic, and operational teams.
