Job Description

Summary of Position

This is an 18-month contract position with the potential for extension and the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role based on business needs and performance.

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to establish and grow the company’s brand presence. This role focuses on building brand awareness, creating cohesive messaging, and delivering a consistent brand experience across all platforms. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to drive brand growth and ensure successful brand positioning in the marketplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals.
  • Define brand positioning and key differentiators in the market.
  • Create consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for consistent visual and verbal identity.
  • Oversee the creation of creative assets, including digital content and advertising materials.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience at all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage brand presence at events, sponsorships, and public-facing activities.
  • Oversee budget allocation and manage the brand marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and brand analytics.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Expertise in creative direction, campaign management, and project management.
  • Ability to analyze brand performance and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Experience in manufacturing or relevant market is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing marketing budgets and external partnerships is preferred.
