1. Elevate Brand Equity and Marketing Efficiency to Achieve Marketing and Sales Targets:

•Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and plans to drive brand growth.

•Drive adaptive marketing initiatives to respond to evolving market dynamics and consumer trends, with a focus on gaining market share and achieving business targets.

•Create brand-building initiatives to enhance brand equity and distinguish Jameson from competitors.

•Oversee the performance and effectiveness of brand programs, continuously improving efficiency.

•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated communication strategies, including media plans, brand assets, and sales toolkits.

•Partner with the consumer engagement team to lead and support key brand projects.

2. Drive Market Share Growth across Channels and in Jameson core cities:

•Provide a clear portfolio strategy and marketing assets to the commercial team, ensuring timely review of performance and identification of action plans based on successes and challenges.

•Drive volume growth in diverse channels through targeted promotions such as gift box and value-added packaging initiatives.

3. Stakeholders Management:

•Foster positive relationships and communication with Brand Companies and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.

Requirements:

•Over 7 years of experience in marketing.

•Proven track record in brand management, with strong experience in both strategic planning and execution.

•Open-minded, passionate, and capable of building strong interpersonal relationships and influencing key stakeholders.

•Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

University graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher.
