About the Role:
As a Brand Manager within consumer marketing for Libero, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing development. You will support the implementation of regional and local business plans, follow up and analyze data on sales, market shares, brand tracking, and marketing activities. By following up on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors, you will identify market opportunities and propose actions based on data insights. Your responsibilities will also include supporting and leading smaller marketing activities, product and e-commerce texts and images, and ensuring compliance with image rights.

What You Will Do:

Support the implementation of regional and local business plans.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify market opportunities.

Collect and analyze consumer, brand, and product insights.

Propose and drive actions based on data insights.

Support and lead smaller marketing activities such as launches, upgrades, campaigns, and design development.

Adapt and optimize communication toolkits and develop shopper materials.

Follow up on campaigns, product launches and upgrades.

Oversee the baby brand SharePoint and media bank.

Support and secure presence at BB/maternity wards.

Collaborate in baby fairs with product knowledge and communication.

Manage and optimize the A&P budget in collaboration with senior brand manager.
Who You Are:
You are early in your career with a marketing education. To be successful in this role, you are analytical, with strong organizational skills, you are proactive and able to take initiative. You enjoy being the spider in the net, coordinating and communicating effectively with your stakeholders within the Libero commercial and sales teams. Most importantly, you like digging into data and proposing actionable follow-up plans.

2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a relevant field

University degree in marketing or other similar fields

Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken & written)
