What You Will Do

  • Liderar y diseñar el plan de marca full funnel para el canal Salud tanto para los paises que atiende el canal en la región Andina y Caribe.
  • Cocreación y control en la implementación de la estrategia y propuesta de valor diferenciada de la marca de acuerdo con el canal y la audiencia
  • Adaptación de assets globales de marca o creación de campañas locales de acuerdo con la necesidad del país y el canal que permitan el crecimiento acelerado del negocio en la región.
  • Desarrollo y control de estrategias que apunten a la preferencia de marca, diferenciación, visibilidad, consistencia, superioridad que garanticen la lealtad de los clientes a traves de los diferentes puntos de contacto. 
  • Seguimiento y control de los KPI de marca, velando por el cumplimiento individual y grupal de los mismos.
  • Soporte en el desarrollo de evolutivos necesarios para empreder proyectos digitales
  • Creación del Journey de cada stakeholder impactado por el canal ( OL, Médicos, EPS ) a travvés de una Estrategia consitente que sea coherente con la experiencia generada desde Retail.
  • Seguimiento y control de las estrategias dirigidas a los diferentes públicos desde los diferentes puntos de contacto: eventos, publicaciones, etc.

Who You Are

  • Profesional en Administrador de empresas, Mercadeo, Especialización en marketing digital o afines.
  • Con mas de 5 años de experiencia en manejo de estrategia de marca, estrategia digital, relaciones publicas, preferiblemente en empresas B2B, con experiencia de trabajo en empresas multinacionales.
  • Conocimiento en manejo de equipos / estrategias digitales, plataformas  / medios digitales / eventos / Experiencia de clientes y usabilidad de los sitios.
  • Nivel de inglés B2.
