Salary Range - $75,000 - $100,000 (Based on expereince)
Overview:
United Gaming is looking for a seasoned Brand Manager to join our team in our Midtown Atlanta office. The Brand Manager will work on our brand strategy, execute marketing programs, and increase brand equity. In this position, the Brand Manager will maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market while identifying opportunities for new products and services.
The ideal candidate for Brand Manager has experience developing and executing physical marketing campaigns. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the production of physical collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional items, to support marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and expectations of our audience, as well as our business goals, to support the design of an effective content strategy.
- Manage the complete content strategy, including design, content, video and social media.
- Implement and manage the overall content marketing strategy across digital and physical channels.
- Determine and measure content marketing ROI and KPIs, ensuring all customer journeys are supported by appropriate, impactful, and relevant content.
- Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and identify opportunities for improvement for the overall content and website strategy.
- Conduct research and analyze customer behavior.
- Creatively envision macro and micro needs to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Manage effective tracking systems for online marketing activities.
- Identify and analyze competitors.
- Prepare reports via the collection and analysis of sales data.
- Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with multiple research methods and use of data analytics software.
- Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Familiarity with necessary CRM and content management system software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field (marketing, social media management, graphic design, and/or brand development).
- Strong graphic design background.
- Ability to manage content development along with strategic direction at every phase of the marketing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with key metrics to develop test plans, establish benchmarks and measure performance in content marketing channels.
