This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will work closely with suppliers, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Customer Care, Inventory and Finance to deliver sales, margin and market-growth objectives. You will drive growth across your assigned brands through portfolio management, campaign execution, product training, education and sales support, while building strong relationships with relevant key opinion leaders where appropriate.

- Planning, preparing and analysing monthly campaigns, including product positioning, copywriting, promotional activity and price positioning.
- Maintaining regular communication with suppliers on pricing, new product timing, product lifecycles, competitive activity and commercial opportunities.
- Providing Sales teams with timely and accurate product, campaign, pricing and supplier updates, along with the training and support needed to succeed.
- Coordinating customer education, key courses and guest lecture programs where required, in line with supplier strategy.
- Forecasting and planning for promotional activity and new products, while managing stock turns, aged stock and the deletion of non-profitable lines.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Sales, Customer Care, Inventory, Finance and geographic partners to execute brand and category priorities.
We are looking for:
- Three to five years’ experience in brand management, ideally within dental, healthcare or a comparable regulated industry.
- Tertiary qualifications incorporating studies in business, marketing, communications, sales or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to interpret sales, margin, customer and product performance data and translate insights into action.
- Strong marketing and project management skills, with experience developing campaigns, launching products and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Digital marketing experience and confidence preparing clear, engaging product and campaign content.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity and interpersonal capability to build strong business relationships.
- Strong analytical and database skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Pronto is preferred, while Salesforce and Phocas experience is beneficial.
- Dental knowledge and experience is preferred.
- A self-motivated, co-operative and flexible work style, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- You will be commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your portfolio.
- Strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, teamwork and a practical approach to problem solving will help you turn strategy into effective activity and sustainable brand growth.
What to expect:
- Flexible working hours and a combination of office and field-based work, based in Mascot.
- Some interstate travel to support conferences, events and supplier activity.
- Occasional after-hours meetings and training
