Job Summary**
The Brand Manager at Eli Lilly and Company (Taiwan) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands to maximize market share, sales, and profitability. This role involves comprehensive brand management activities, from market analysis to campaign execution and performance evaluation.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation to target healthcare professionals and patients effectively.
* Lead the development and implementation of promotional materials, campaigns, and programs across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events) in compliance with industry regulations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, and global marketing teams to ensure integrated brand efforts.
* Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
* Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Taiwan.
* Proven track record of successfully launching new products or driving significant growth for established brands.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory environment, and healthcare system in Taiwan.
* Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
