Role Description:
この職務は、日本の帯状疱疹ワクチンマーケティング担当のシニアブランドマネージャーの直属となり、MRを中心としたプロモーション活動を強化させる役割を担っており、GSKの帯状疱疹ワクチンの普及を加速させていただきます。
具体的な職務は以下の通り:
- 顧客インサイト、ジャーニー、セグメンテーションの定義、製品ポジショニング、クリエイティブな戦略、コアメッセージ、コンテンツプラン、統合されたクロスチャネルのプロモーションミックス

Vaccine is the world's first recombinant subunit vaccine originally developed to prevent shingles and is expected to make a significant contribution to the growth of New GSK and GSK Japan.
As a product manager, new recruiter will contribute to the creation of an environment in which prospective patients can be vaccinated with shingles vaccine in an accessible and safe manner through promotional activities.
Role Description:
This role will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager for shingles vaccine marketing in Japan and will be responsible for enhancing promotional activities in the cardiovascular area to accelerate the penetrating of GSK's Shingles vaccine.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Defining customer insights, journeys, and segmentation; product positioning; creative strategy, core messaging and content plans; integrated, cross channel promotional mix.
- Partnering with global commercial teams; represent Japan needs into Global VCT to ensure Japan business is successful including proactive provision of strategic inputs and insights.
- Setting direction and ensuring strategic alignment across functional stakeholders.
- Ensuring reliable supply.
- Maintaining detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplace.
- Fostering an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust and development.
