Brand Manager UX (x|f|m) for User Research - Hybrid

We are looking for a Brand Manager (x|f|m) for User Research for the Corporate Branding & Design department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this role, you will drive the global UX strategy and work on continuously increasing the UX maturity. You play a key role in keeping a holistic view of the product portfolio to ensure we deliver products with a high usability and consistent user interfaces – which is essential for the success of our brand promise ‘Simplifying Progress’. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Continuously develop the UX strategy together with us

• Drive human-centered design (HCD) activities with a focus on user research

• Act as a facilitator and enabler for HCD methodologies

• Enable and empower teams in HCD activities

• Enhance the HCD processes within the organization to drive efficiency and innovation

• Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Product Developers, UX /UI Designers

• Provide expert advice and approval for design concepts and products in alignment with HCD and corporate brand standards

• Strengthen the user research by adhering to quality standards and stay up-to-date with new research methods

 What will convince us

• Successfully completed academic degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX-Design, or equivalent

• You have several years of experience as user researcher or usability engineer and apply appropriate methods to collect well-founded insights

• You navigate the ISO 9241-210 confidently and can quickly adapt it to the needs of individual projects

• You have profound methodological knowledge that you can articulate precisely in both spoken and written form

• You inspire others with your motivation and can get people excited about UX

• You work cooperatively in a cross-functional environment, know how to parallelize work and organize yourself

• Fluency in English rounds off your profile. German is a plus
