As Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams locally as well as the Category team across the Northern Europe Business Unit. Joining a passionate, experienced, and culturally diverse Marketing team, your focus will be on building brands trusted by consumers and experts alike. As a local brand expert, you will adapt global and area brand, portfolio, and NPD strategies to excel in the Benelux market. You will execute local brand activation plans, a robust media strategy with a strong digital and media focus. 

This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities:

Brand / Category ownership at country level:

  • Execute the Brand Planning process at country level in line with Category and Business Unit guidelines.
  • Develop and implement the marketing activity plan based on the annual plan.
  • Implement global / area toolkits - continuously follow-up and evaluate results.
  • Carry out and follow-up campaigns.
  • Responsible for implementation of country media plan, managing content and updates of local brand websites.
  • Develop corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country/brand KPIs.
  • Lead country launch and activation plan for NPD.
  • Responsible for artwork of all products under brand responsibility.
  • Working closely with various media & creative agencies.

Finance:

  • Responsible for Advertising & Promotion budget for category/brand(s) in local markets.
  • Contribution to budget and target processes.

Other:

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in Consumer Health Care or leading FMCG companies is a plus.
  • Excellent commercial understanding, managing the brand from a P&L perspective.
  • Strong analytic, strategic, and organizational skills.
  • Experience of planning and execution of data driven 360⁰ marketing campaigns (including digital).
  • Brand leadership capabilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (in English, Dutch and/or French).

  • Ability/Capacity to manage various projects at the same time.
  • Goal oriented & result driven.
  • Dynamic and hands-on approach.
  • Experience navigating a complex matrix organization.
  • Comfortable working in remote teams.
