About the Role: 

OLAPLEX is seeking a Brand Manager to join our growing team! This is a newly created position due to growth and will report to our Director Retail & Professional Sales APAC. 

Core Responsibilities 

Collaborate with the Director of Retail & Professional Sales APAC to develop & implement our Omnichannel business development strategy in APAC to achieve sales targets and build long term brand building objectives. 

COMMERCIAL (60%): 

Deliver best-in-class service and build fruitful relationship with our distributors and retailers.

  • Daily Sales Operations: 
    • Order Forms & Pricing update 
    • Order processing follow-up 
    • Monthly & yearly sales targets management
  • Key Accounts Management: provide higher level of support for strategic accounts
    • SEPHORA AU - be the internal lead and main point of contact
    • PRO: AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, INDIA 
    • RETAIL: LUXASIA
  • Forecasting & Stock Management: collect & compile customers' needs, working closely with our Operations Team 
  • Sales Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting
  • Consolidate Sell-in & Sell-out datas and provide analysis
  • Prepare reports & presentations for HQ
  • Competitive analysis
    • Best practice sharing across APAC markets
    • Competitive market intelligence. 

MARKETING SUPPORT & COORDINATION (40%): 

  • Be an effective link between our partners and our internal cross functions (International Marketing/Education) to fulfill their needs
    • Transmit the right information to our partners to ensure they can execute smoothly (Marketing Calendar, Product Information, Visual Merchandising & Promotional guidelines)
    • Education: Ensure all markets are trained regularly and have access to training materials 

About You:  

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales and/or marketing in Beauty, management of key accounts, distributors and retailer strongly preferred 
    • A Business Developer mindset
    • Hands-on & Solution driven attitude
    • Adaptable
    • Able to work in multicultural and complex environment.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Comfortable with figures 
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously 
    • Thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and tight timelines 
    • Independent, flexible & willing to work with staggered hours 
    • Fluent in English, an Asian language would be a plus
