Brand Manager Rare Diseases (f/m/d)
Tasks
Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution:

Co-develop and implement brand strategies in alignment with cross-functional teams and market insights.

Lead tactical marketing plans, including the creation of promotional materials, campaigns, and congress activities as well as omnichannel campaigns.

Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure differentiation.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Performance & Insights:

Track and report brand performance and activity progress against KPIs.

Analyze competitor strategies and anticipate market moves.
-
Provide insights to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Sales Collaboration:

Equip and support the Sales team with effective tools, materials, and training to achieve targets.

Actively participate in sales training sessions and field activities to understand market needs.
Budget & Planning:

Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and tactical planning to align with business objectives.

Conduct regular sales forecasting to ensure production planning and avoid supply issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Build relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen the brand and gain market insights.

Represent the brand at congresses and key events, ensuring a strong presence.
Qualifications
Education:
-
Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
Experience:
-
5+ years of successful marketing experience, in pharmaceuticals or rare diseases.

Track record of implementing strategic marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

Proven project management capabilities.
-
Fluency in German and English is required.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
