We are on the hunt for a talented, passionate, and commercially savvy Brand Manager to lead our iconic Pringles brand and champion our ambitious Salty Snacks agenda across Australia.

Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Director, this is a rare opportunity to own one of Australia’s most loved brands. This is not your average brand management role. This is a unique strategic pivot point for Pringles in Australia.

You will play a defining role in co-creating the brand's from 5-year growth plan and strategy the ground up. Operating in a tight-knit, highly supportive team, you will have the autonomy to establish local ways of working, drive our innovation pipeline, and make real, tangible waves in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Planning & Strategy: Co-create the 5-year strategic growth plans for Pringles, identifying untapped market opportunities, defining commercial priorities, and translating consumer insights into action.
  • Campaign & Creative Execution: Partner with premier agency networks (creative, media, digital) to build and execute high-impact campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned media (PESO).
  • Innovation Pipeline Management: Lead a robust 3-to-5-year innovation pipeline. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver exciting packaging, flavour, and format innovations on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub for the Pringles brand, aligning key local, regional, and global stakeholders across Portfolio, Sales, Category, Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Supply.
  • Commercial Analysis: Leverage scanning, scan data, and market metrics (such as Nielsen/IRI) to evaluate performance, understand business interdependencies, and provide clear recommendations for commercial action.

What You Will Bring

  • FMCG Marketing Experience: Marketing experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strategic Thinkers & Doers: End-to-end project management experience with a track record of driving customer-facing initiatives from strategic idea generation to shelf execution.
  • Analytical Capability: Advanced analytical acumen with the ability to turn complex scan, customer, and market data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Ambiguity and Change Resilience: The capability to stay level-headed and navigate complex stakeholder networks, establish new processes, and champion ideas in evolving organizational environments.
