Your Role: Brand Manager – Poultry Vaccines
As Brand Manager – Poultry Vaccines, you will assist the Business Unit manager in organizing, planning, and implementing the strategy for the Poultry Vaccine pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for improving brand awareness, driving innovation, and delivering market insights to enhance the value of the portfolio in the eyes of the consumer.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials and educational content from insight generation through to implementation.
- Interact with customer groups to identify market observations and potential insights using market research and competitive intelligence.
- Evaluate new innovative products and coordinate with the Business Unit manager and launch teams to prepare for market entry.
- Track project progress and innovation pipeline activities across technical consultants, sales teams, and distributors on a regular basis.
- Act as a brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm for the Poultry Vaccine portfolio both internally and with external customers and agencies.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Veterinary medicine or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the animal health industry with a background in marketing, technical, or sales.
- Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills combined with a good command of English (written and verbal).

- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing.
- Proven ability to influence internal and external customers and build strong professional networks.
