Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Create and implement brand strategies and tactics, propose adequate G2M model and manage effectively brand 4xP’s
- Responsibility for achieving brand sales targets and market shares, monitor performance and propose corrective actions to meet or exceed business objectives
- Accountability for P&L, efficiency in resource allocation, responsibility for A&P together with cost oversight and management
- Effective media planning: set strategy, execution, clear media KPI's, track performance and propose improvement actions
- Innovate lifecycle strategies (LCS) and key tactics to generate incremental revenues and profits
- Identify and develop synergies across brands, inside BU and across organization to maximize product potential
- Prepare effective brand assets and utilize centrally created content for patients/consumers & HCP
- Shaping brand Trade strategies
- Product portfolio management within specific therapeutic groups
- Active input contributors in process of setting sales TGT/LO/MYR
- Training of sales representative on sales and marketing strategy (on products and competitive products within specific TA groups);
- Establish KOL network and visit key customers to ensure strong relationships with opinion leaders, conduct double visits with field force as needed, organize events as per specific brand strategy
- Lead the development of all activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, monitor forecasts closely as per brands performance
- Responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.
- Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and tasks based on a specific appointment.
Key performance indicators:
- Market share & market share growth.
- Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department,Regulatory Department) -Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical (or FMCG industry).
- University level Masters degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Natural sciences.
- Croatian or Slovenian native speaker.
- English (full business proficiency).
