Location: This is a full-time position based at our East Hanover, NJ HQ office with in-office expectations of ~50% of the time (2-3 days a week).
Mission: Drive disproportionate growth on OREO Platforms to unlock new occasions and drive penetration among key consumers. This requires an agile mindset, risk taking, perseverance and tenacity! Working with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute OREO Platforms' portfolio strategy to drive sustainable brand growth and deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management, future business development plans, and objectives focused on end-to-end marketing across equity, commercialization, and innovation strategy.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- This role will focus specifically on OREO Minis, OREO Cakes & Pastries, and forthcoming indulgent innovation. This leader will also lead the Platform team's relationship with the omni team to drive best-in-class execution in-store and online, and drive our holistic organic social strategy.
- Working with other internal stakeholders, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth & commercial launches.
- You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
- Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
- Critical is to provide inspiring leadership to both the brand team and cross-functional team members and help pull teams together to manage priorities and deliver on goals.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
Job specific requirements:
- 7+ years (for Sr. Brand Manager) of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)
- Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc)
- Brand Equity Marketing experience: Consumer storytelling towards desired behavior change, long-term strategy, agency and external partnership management
Travel requirements: Approx. 2-3 business trips per year
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
