About the role:
Translate regional brand strategy into best-in-class execution plans that deliver commercial growth and culturally relevant consumer experiences across Caribbean & Central America (CCA), ensuring excellence in the implementation of campaigns, activations, innovations and brand-building initiatives for the Old Parr & Buchanan's portfolio.

Working closely with Influencer & PR Management, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Commercial, Media, Finance a, and distributor partners, the Brand Manager ensures that all brand investments, communications, and consumer experiences are insight-led, culturally relevant, and distributor partners, the Brand Manager ensures all brand investments, communications and consumer experiences are insight-led, culturally relevant and optimized to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

CCV is a highly diverse and dynamic region comprising 38 countries operating primarily through a distributor-led model. Consumer behavior continues to evolve rapidly, shaped by social media platforms, content creators, cultural communities, entertainment, music, lifestyle, food, sports, and emerging digital trends. As competition for consumer attention intensifies, building strong earned media, influencer partnerships, and culturally relevant brand conversations has become increasingly important to drive awareness, consideration, and long-term brand growth.
Success in this environment requires balancing regional scale with local relevance, ensuring that brand strategies and activation plans align with business priorities while capturing unique cultural moments and consumer opportunities across diverse markets.

Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in consumer marketing (CPG companies –desirable-)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (oral & written)
- Experience on communication plans development
- Consumer/shopper behavior driven
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness of consumer trends/profitability.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Available to attend late evening events.
- Travel availability.
- Business Judgement
- Capacity to move from strategic thinking to detail in execution and vice versa.
