Role Overview

LumiVita is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and strategic Brand Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team.

This role is responsible for translating vision into execution by ensuring that every campaign, partnership, and initiative is launched with clarity, precision, and consistency. You will act as the central liaison between leadership, creative teams, and external partners, making sure all moving pieces are aligned and fully accounted for. You will be responsible for tracking against budget and KPIs.

This is a highly execution-focused role. Strategy, channel direction, and budget are defined by leadership — your role is to ensure seamless implementation, clear communication, and real-time visibility and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Workstream Execution & Project Management

  • Own day-to-day execution of all marketing initiatives across digital, email, influencer, PR, events, partnerships, and out-of-home advertising
  • Build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar and execution tracker with corresponding KPIs
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time with clearly defined milestones and ownership
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to drive execution forward
  • Identify gaps, delays, or risks early and proactively resolve or escalate

  • Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • Ensure all necessary inputs (copy, assets, references, specs, deadlines) are gathered before work begins
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business strategy and creative execution
  • Eliminate ambiguity so creative teams can execute efficiently with minimal revisions
  • Manage the approval across key stakeholders that include leadership, legal and location leads

Centralized Communication & Information Management

  • Act as the single source of truth for all marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information
  • Maintain organized documentation across campaigns, timelines, and assets
  • Proactively identify missing information and close gaps before they impact execution

Meeting Coordination & Accountability

  • Prepare agendas and lead weekly marketing syncs and project check-ins
  • Capture clear notes, decisions, and action items
  • Assign ownership and ensure follow-through across teams
  • Track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up to maintain momentum
Collateral & Production Management
  • Coordinate production of printed and physical marketing materials (in-store, events, out-of-home)
  • Manage relationships with print vendors and production partners
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand and quality standards
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and version control
  • Ensure compliance for in-store executions
Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, PR firms, influencers, and event partners
  • Be able to drive the conversation and challenge partners on behalf of the brand
  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met
  • Track outputs and escalate issues when needed
KPI Tracking & Performance Visibility
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards across campaigns and channels
  • Track metrics such as leads, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, event performance, and influencer ROI, and channel performance
  • Update metrics daily / weekly
  • Monitor performance vs. targets and flag variances
  • Surface performance trends and flag variances for leadership review with clear plans on how to iterate and improve
Reporting & Executive Communication
  • Lead weekly marketing report-outs, including initiative status, campaign progress, KPIs, risks, and blockers
  • Deliver clear, structured, and actionable updates to leadership
Brand Execution & Quality Control
  • Working closely with our in-house creative team, ensure all creative outputs align with LumiVita brand standards, tone, and positioning
  • Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints — digital, physical, and in-location
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4–6+ years in marketing operations, project management, or brand management
  • Experience in consumer-facing, service-based businesses (wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality, or med spa preferred)
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong experience working closely with creative teams (design, content, production)
  • Analytical and KPI-driven, with comfort tracking performance metrics
  • Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
