JOB DESCRIPTION
As Brand Manager for LINDOR and GOLD BUNNY, you are the guardian of two of the most iconic and beloved brands in premium chocolate. You translate deep consumer understanding into inspiring brand experiences that drive both emotional connection and sustainable growth.
You act as the true owner of the brand, shaping how consumers indulge in everyday moments of bliss with LINDOR and celebrate meaningful occasions with GOLD BUNNY. Through distinctive storytelling, innovation, and flawless execution, you bring our brands to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you will report to Iris Bommer, Marketing Manager for Seasons and Specialties.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Planning: Build on the brand positioning based on consumer, shopper, and market insights and translate growth opportunities into actionable plans.
Campaign Development & Execution: Lead end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital) and ensure strong campaign execution from insight generation to post-performance analysis with consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Consumer & Market Insights: Continuously monitor market trends and category performance.
Portfolio & Innovation Management: Manage the product portfolio, innovation pipelines, and new product launches and collaborate with our international marketing team on product and brand alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Category, and Finance teams to align brand plans with commercial priorities and customer strategies.
Performance Management: Track and steer performance against key KPIs such as market share, awareness, and penetration.
Physical Availability: Develop shopper growth platforms executed with full 360° support in collaboration with Shopper Marketing. Ensure best-in-class instore POSM in line with brand guidance.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a driven and entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for building premium brands. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With your strong analytical skills, you are able to translate insights into impactful actions. You communicate effectively, take ownership, and are able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
Additionally, you have:
A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of relevant brand management experience in FMCG marketing
Experience with portfolio development and (omnichannel) campaigns
Strong stakeholder and project management skills
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
