RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop winning strategies

  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy and NAM Integrated Activity Plans (IAP), translating brand priorities and consumer insights into clear, actionable programs.
  • Support Joint Buess Planning with commercial and customer marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop programs to drive commercial success.

Impact culture through creativity

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of consumer-facing brand programs and assets across relevant channels for the U.S.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand partnerships/sponsorships & experiential programming across multiple channels and agencies.
  • Collaborate with media, digital, public relations, social, advocacy, customer marketing, commercial, and agency partners to deliver connected programs with excellence.
  • Ensure that programs are thoughtfully commercialized, with the appropriate tools and assets developed to support high-quality execution in market.
  • Support development, execution and tracking of innovation projects

Accelerate business performance

  • Lead brand performance analysis and measurement and evaluation of the impact of activities
  • Manage & optimize an A&P budget assigned to you that optimizes return on investment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
  • You must have 4+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
  • Ideally you will have experience in spirits, beverage, fast moving consumer goods business, experiential marketing or lifestyle brands; luxury brand experience preferred.
  • You will have experience in multiple disciplines (e.g. digital, social, experiential, media, partnerships, innovation)
  • You have a fundamental understanding of profit drivers and commercial focused approach to brand planning.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with brand, consumer, media, commercial, and financial data to derive insights and develop actionable recommendations
  • You are a passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
  • Experience managing creative, media, experiential, public relations, or other external agency partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate recommendations to a range of internal and external audiences.
