• Lead the execution of the local brand strategy to deliver sales and profit growth
• Take full P&L responsibility and manage the marketing mix to ensure profitability
• Act as the voice of the consumer, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Drive innovation, from concept development to launch execution and post-launch evaluation
• Lead omni-channel brand activations, ensuring impact across online and offline touchpoints
• Accelerate ecommerce performance, optimizing the digital shelf and conversion
• Manage campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels with a strong digital and social media focus
• Shape and execute content strategies tailored to local channels and influencer platforms
• Develop and deliver PR and influencer campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
• Build strong partnerships with agencies to ensure best-in-class communication and execution
• Optimize budget allocation and track performance KPIs to maximize ROI

• University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
• Commercially driven with a growth mindset and ability to operate autonomously
• Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
