We are seeking a dynamic, consumer-oriented Brand Manager for the Marketing team in Spain. This role is ideal for candidates who are performance-driven, analytical, and have a strong desire to make an impact in the Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare industry. Join our international team and collaborate closely with various functions to achieve our goal of becoming the best FMCG company worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting Consumer Campaigns Development:
- Assist in developing creatives and promotional materials, managing project timelines and feedback rounds.
- Ensure the approval and dissemination of promotional materials in accordance with local and Health Authority regulations.
Tracking & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and media plans.
- Analyze promotional actions to optimize performance.
Participation in Sales Meetings:
- Collaborate in defining key messages and creating presentations for sales meetings.
- Deliver presentations effectively during meetings.
Building Relationships:
- Develop strong relationships with local stakeholders and agencies to understand market needs and ensure clear communication.
About you
- Education: Business School or equivalent, MBA is a plus, preferably with a focus on marketing.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English;
- Professional Experience: Experience in FMCG or OTC companies is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive with a focus on delivering excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective project management abilities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
