JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive sustainable brand growth by translating consumer and market insights into impactful marketing plans and activations across the Baltics within the Personal Care business lines. The Brand Manager will adapt global and regional strategies to local market needs, execute engaging consumer campaigns, optimize portfolio performance, and collaborate across functions to deliver business objectives while strengthening brand equity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute annual brand and category plans for assigned Personal Care brands, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Analyze consumer, shopper, market, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and support business decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and consumer activation channels.
- Coordinate local adaptation and deployment of global and regional brand initiatives, including campaign assets, packaging artworks, and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor brand performance, market share, and key business KPIs using available market data sources and consumer insights to recommend corrective actions where required.
- Support innovation and portfolio management initiatives, including launch execution, post-launch tracking, and performance evaluation of new product introductions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution of brand campaigns and activations.
- Manage brand marketing investment budgets, track spending, and ensure accurate financial administration and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with CSP, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of business plans.
- Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process by providing market insights, campaign evaluations, and recommendations to support delivery of financial and market share objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and consumer activation activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and business performance metrics.
- Fluency in English and one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree.
- Experience within Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, or other FMCG categories.
- Experience working with Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, or similar market and consumer insight tools, as well as budget management systems and marketing procurement platforms.

- Monthly gross base salary (depending on experience)
- Lithuania: €3,000 – €3,938
- Latvia: €2,567 – €3,369
- Estonia: €2,600 - €3,413
