Your mission

En Laboratoires Pierre Fabre buscamos un(a) Brand Activation Manager Cleanance apasionado(a) por el marketing, la innovación y la construcción de marcas, para liderar estrategias omnichannel y activaciones 360° en un entorno dinámico dentro de la industria de belleza, dermocosmética y salud.

 

¿Cuál será tu misión?
Serás responsable de implementar y liderar estrategias de activación de marca Off/Online, desarrollando campañas B2C, B2B2C y B2B alineadas con los objetivos comerciales y de posicionamiento de marca.

 

📌 Principales responsabilidades:
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias omnichannel para la marca.
• Liderar activaciones y campañas 360° online y offline.
• Gestionar estrategias de medios B2C junto con especialistas y agencias.
• Coordinar contenido y materiales de marketing para campañas integradas.
• Monitorear desempeño comercial, market share, ROI y KPIs.
• Gestionar presupuestos, forecasting e inventarios en colaboración con áreas internas.
• Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y consumer insights.
• Trabajar de forma cercana con equipos comerciales, médicos, retail, agencias y stakeholders internos.

 

🎯 Perfil que buscamos:
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración o áreas afines.
• +3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares:
Brand Manager, Product Manager, Trade Marketing o Brand Activation.
• Experiencia idealmente en industria de belleza, dermocosmética o consumo.
• Experiencia en estrategias omnichannel y activaciones de marca.
• Manejo de presupuestos, análisis de mercado y ROI.
• Inglés avanzado indispensable (francés es un plus).
• Perfil analítico, creativo, colaborativo y orientado a resultados.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Experience in beauty, dermo-cosmetics or consumer industry
  • Experience in omnichannel strategies and brand activations
  • Budget management, market analysis and ROI expertise
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • French language skills
