Visma's cloud business software companies help nearly 3 million customers run their businesses across Europe and Latin America. Our structure keeps us close to local markets while sharing world-class competence. And above all of it sits one Visma brand. That brand is what this team owns.
We recently refreshed the Visma identity, and now we are building the team that takes it to market. We are looking for a Brand Management Lead to run that team and to co-own, with the Director of Visma Brand and with the team itself, the proactive brand agenda: everything the Visma brand decides to say and build on its own initiative.
This is a leading role and a hands-on one. You will lead a team of three, and you will still write briefs, sit across the table from agencies, and hold the quality bar yourself.
Key Responsibilities:As Brand Management Lead you own the Visma brand in action: turning a decided strategy into work that reaches the market, at the quality bar, on budget.
Lead and develop a team of three, covering global campaigns, digital and owned channels, and brand programmes. Set the bar, coach against it, and let each of them own their field.
Co-own the proactive brand agenda with the Director of Visma Brand and the team: what we choose to say, build and put money behind each year.
Own the campaign or campaigns of the year end to end, and the named brand programmes running alongside them.
Be the client. Write and sharpen the briefs, hold the budget lines and the timelines, and decide when work is good enough to go out.
Brief and steer our internal design team and our external agencies, and set the quality bar everything they deliver has to meet.
Work with the Communications team to define the Visma agenda, and with our marketing strategists on how the brand is applied across the portfolio.
Act on the numbers: awareness, the brand associations we have chosen to own, share of search, campaign effectiveness.
Someone who has already carried a brand that mattered, and who can now do it through other people. This is a mid to senior role and we would love to see your track record
Solid experience managing a large or well-known brand, ideally across several markets. You have owned something visible, and you know what that pressure feels like.
Experience leading people, even a small team. You know the difference between setting a bar and doing the work yourself.
Strong client-side craft: briefing, agency management, budget discipline, and a quality bar you can defend with reasons rather than taste.
Campaigns end to end and comfort treating owned channels as brand media rather than a posting calendar.
You think global first, and you are comfortable saying no to work that belongs somewhere else.
Pragmatism. This is a lean team that scales through agencies, not headcount. You will be senior and hands-on at the same time.
Clear communication, and the confidence to be the one who decides.
Fluent English.
Our team is spread across countries, so whether you work from home or a Visma office, you will need the discipline to run your own day and keep things moving. You need to be based in one of our core European markets.
Agency experience is a plus.
You will have an opportunity to collaborate with top talent in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
We embrace autonomy and knowledge-sharing at every level.
You will have the resources and tools needed to excel and grow in your role.
We know that great results require good work-life balance, trust, and coaching. Here, you will be met by engaged leaders who have your back every step of the way.
A brand that has just been refreshed, a team being built around it, and budget behind the work.
